How to Install a Birmingham High Level Toilet

How-to-Install-a-Birmingham-High-Level-Toilet

A high-level toilet is a traditional style of toilet which due to older plumbing systems relied on gravity, so the tank is installed high on the wall approximately 2 metres high. The flush is assisted by gravity as the water flows down the long flush pipe connecting the toilet pan.

Often this traditional style of toilet has period features, ornate decorative brackets, wooden seats, and metal flush pipes and is well suited on the Australian market for renovations of heritage, federation and traditional style homes.

We demonstrate how to install our Birmingham High Level Toilet in the video below this article.

Tip:

One quick tug is full flush, and half flushes hold it down for two seconds and

that gives half flush so full flush is quick tug half flushes hold down for two seconds.

Tip:
Upgrade your brackets from the included white brackets, to chrome brackets.
