This form is to be filled out by retailers only. If you would like to return an item, please contact the retailer who you purchased the product through.

Returned goods will be subject to 20% restocking fee of the original value. It is the retailers responsibility to organise and bear the cost of returning the goods and advise Turner Hastings prior to doing so. Credits will not be issued for goods returned after 30 days following invoice date or for goods returned in inferior condition, or without prior liaison with Turner Hastings.

Please note, any special order products including Australian made vanities, plated products, and other non-inventory items can not be cancelled after the purchase order has been placed, and can not be returned after delivery.
