Can I return my Turner Hastings product?

This form is to be filled out by retailers only. If you would like to return an item, please contact the retailer who you purchased your Turner Hastings product from.

You can return your Turner Hastings product if:

  • The product is in a good resaleable condition
  • The packaging is in a good resalable condition
  • The product is not discontinued
  • You did not purchase the product as part of a clearance sale
  • It is not a custom made-to-order product

Returned goods will be subject to 20% restocking fee of the original invoice value, and the retailer is responsible for organising and bearing the cost of return freight.

What is the return process?

Just six simple steps!

  1. Fill out the form on this page and submit it
  2. Our accounts team will review the request, and you will receive an email informing you if your request has been approved or denied. If approved, a Return Authorisation (RA) PDF will be attached to the email.
  3. You will need to print the Return Authorisation (RA) PDF and attach to the items to be returned
  4. You organise the shipping of the goods back to us. Ensure you use adequate packaging.
  5. When we receive the items, our warehouse team will inspect the product and packaging to ensure both are in a good resalable condition.
  6. If approved, our accounts team will email a credit note to your accounts team
