BACKGROUND
Nestled in the picturesque Toowoon Bay, Kyal and Kara’s Bay Builds project features two side-by-side, resort-style duplex homes. Renowned for their luxurious finishes and detailed craftsmanship, these homes epitomize coastal elegance and functional design, making them a true standout in modern home building.

House One is Light, bright, and French-inspired, this home features neutral tones, lofty ceilings, and micro-cement walls. Every detail is meticulously chosen to create an airy and serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxed coastal living.

House Two is warm and moody, this home contrasts its sister with darker timbers, designer fittings, and an impressive 80mm Quartzite kitchen stone bench. The design elements exude sophistication and modern luxury, creating a cozy yet stylish environment.

A key feature in both homes is the inclusion of our Novi fireclay farmhouse sinks in the kitchen and laundry areas. Chosen for their durability and timeless aesthetic, these sinks seamlessly blend with the luxurious design themes of both homes.

  • Durability: Fireclay sinks are renowned for their resilience, capable of withstanding the rigors of daily use while maintaining their pristine appearance.
  • Timeless Aesthetic: The classic design of the Novi fireclay sink enhances both the contemporary and traditional elements within the homes, contributing to their overall luxurious feel.

The Novi fireclay farmhouse butler sinks not only add to the aesthetic appeal but also significantly enhance the functionality of the kitchens and laundries. Their ample size and robust construction make everyday tasks more manageable, adding a layer of practicality to the stylish design. The Bay Builds project by Kyal and Kara is a shining example of how thoughtful design and high-quality fixtures can transform a house into a luxurious, functional home. At Turner Hastings, we are proud to have our Novi fireclay sinks featured in these stunning properties, contributing to their elegance and practicality.
