White House is located three and a half hours northwest of Melbourne, in Swan Hill, on the south bank of the Murray River, bordering NSW. The owners of this beautiful home (also local business owners), saw a gap in the market for boutique, luxury accommodation. They embarked on a two year journey to renovate a local prominent property in the heart of Swan Hill.

This iconic 1916 Federation/Edwardian has been completely transformed into a breathtaking oasis combining modern coastal luxury & the original charm of a bygone era. Sympathetic to the original design as per the heritage overlay, we retained the front facade, windows, front door, fretwork, gate & fencing, the 107 year old beauty was certainly brought back to life! Upon entering the meticulously restored original 100 year old door, you will be embraced with detailed arches, VJ panelled walls & grand ceilings, which pay homage to the period home.
